High Steering Arm trouble (1 Viewer)

Can anyone tell what the deal is with this end? I searched and couldn’t find anything related to this. It's not right and I don't understand how to fix it exactly. the part that surrounds the center (which enters into the top knuckle bearing) seems to be stuck and won't move which doesn't allow the arms to enter the bearing. We are leaving in a week so I need a solution. any help is much appreciated.

That’s the inner race of the upper knuckle bearing on the end of the pin. Did you install a new upper bearing? Where did the rest of the original bearing go?

That’s got to be it Matt. When I took the arm off the bearing fell apart and I had a bucket under the knuckle to catch all the crap including old grease and I figured it fell in the bucket. Awesome eye. Thanks again
