My LX470 has 220k miles and I am asking $13,500 for it. I use Mobil 1 oil and Mobile 1 Extended Performance filter and change regularly. In the Spring of 2019 I had the following work done: alternator, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, oil pan, and resealed the cam plugs. I purchased it from a guy I know, he has always owned Land Cruisers and takes care of them properly. I have the CarFax with records from original purchase in 2006 through 2018 when I bought it, and the detailed invoices from the previous owner from 2014-2018. The timing belt, water pump, and serpentine belt were replaced at 183,794 miles. I don't believe that it has been off road other than my trips to the outer banks the last two years.
