High pitched squeal, low speed, back right corner (1 Viewer)

I need help diagnosing this squeal. It’s in the back right wheel. Only occurs at low speeds, less than 20 miles per hour. Doesn’t occur with any braking. The dust shield is not bent nor is it touching the rotor. I have a video of it I can send, just can’t attach it to this post. Any one have any ideas?

Parking break drums are my guess. Try to put it on and release at low speed to see if there is a difference pitch or if the noise changes.

Mine was incorrectly installed pad shims. Have you had brake work done recently?
