Good morning, yes, the frame weight it still hanging there. As I have zero experience with replacing u-joints myself, is there a way to visually inspect that they have been installed correctly? The vibration is not a gradually increasing "shake", but a something that reminds me of a rotor or centrifuge that is out of balance. The faster it spins, the more vibration it transfers to the vehicle, and it increased when I let off the gas, and is slightly less under acceleration. I will mess with is after tomorrow. Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for your insight!
Those are quintessential u-joint/drive shaft imbalance traits. The only way to confirm is to pull the offending driveshaft. If the vibration goes away, bring it in to have the u-joints installed properly and put it on a balancer. Also would confirm that they mounted the flanges in phase.

I'll echo this. After the u-joints were replaced, the shaft should have also been rebalanced regardless.

Id also wonder if all of the driveline has been properly greased at each fitting.

Thank you for the information. Given the quality of work seen so far, my guess is that the shop did not rebalance either shaft, did not remount the flanges in phase, and I know they did not grease anything since the zerk fittings were all dry. I have greased everything at this point. I will hopefully get to pull the front shaft tomorrow.

Good morning, the shop is Accessories Unlimited. I hate to throw a shop under the bus so to speak, but after being charged over 2k for labor, the loss of the skid plate, loose bolts, non OEM parts (after I provided the shop with OEM parts), and then being told they would look at the truck when they had someone available is a bit excessive even for Albuquerque. I am sure there are good shops around here, but I will have to go find them. I am still waiting for the OEM flange bolts and will then probably have to go find a shop to rebalance the shafts. I also went through an A/C leak issue that took 4 months and over 4k to finally fix with a $200 replacement line. I should have had the Toyota dealer do the work.
