High Compression Head

I have heard references to a "high compression" head on mid-seventies Cruisers,... is this a myth?? Does anyone know casting #'s if this is the case??

From (Bad) memory....the 1974 F head is compatible with the 75+ 2F oiling system and will offer higher compession. Can anyone else confirm??

the 3f heads have more compresion think -9.1- its work perfect on the 2f engine
