High Beam and Washer fluid stopped working (1 Viewer)

I tried to use the washer fluid and it wouldn't work. So then I replaced the washer fluid pump and cleaned both the windshield washer spouts and fluid hose. It worked for a couple of days although it wasn't spraying out an adequate amount of washer fluid to the windshield. Then the same problem occurred but when I tried to flash my high beams it would only work intermittently.

Finally few weeks after, neither the washer fluid works nor does the hi beams flash when lever is pulled back or the high beams activate when lever is pushed forward.
