Where can I buy these on line? I'm making an anti-wrap bar. And need the insert and the joint.

purchase a tap from msc-direct.com - $20ish for a 3/4 thread....mine work great
I use only QA-1 heims, order direct at qa1.net (IIRC)....get their 2nd from top model for a wrap bar, EXM series....$25ish for a 3/4-3/4 unit, $20ish for a 5/8-5/8 one. I ran 5/8 stuff wtih no problems on my wrap bar, one at the shackle end, one at the upper axle end....shock eye at the lower axle end. (Had a shock eye at the upper axle end, ovaled it pretty badly....)
