HID Bracket Kit Retrofit Questions - Stuck (1 Viewer)

Last December I bought Lou's bracket to retrofit the lx470 headlights. I'm just getting started on the project now.

I'm stuck at this point where I would be running wiring through the cap. But I do have any wires that look like this one with a grommet in the middle.

Has anyone done this retrofit recently who could share some advice?

You have a high beam splitter. Lous pic is of the bulb itself attached to the cover.

Thank you! My bulb doesn't look quite like the photo either. Has two extra wires with spade clips on the end. Guessing I just remove those?

I've never worked with headlights before so this is all new to me - and the instructions aren't amazing tbh

They have changed the wires since I did the guide which needs a slight update. You will only use the two connectors that attach to the igniter cut the other wires. Also the factory housing cap will not work as it doesn’t allow enough depth to clear the bulb end. There’s a link in the guide for the correct cap.
