Not sure what s going on the sound is like a metal clacking/chatter occurs on higher revs and more so after engine reaches operating temp. Last bit of video shows better of the sound.

Thinking it’s the input shaft bearing.
Sorry can't help with the issue of that noise, I was too focused on the 60psi boost gauge waiting for all hell to break loose!

Reads 10 psi. Wastegate is set at 11 psi.
it sounds like the cash register at the machinist
Sounds more like a cyl head noise even though it gets louder near the geabox

My guess is either input shaft pilot bearing or driveshaft. Driveshaft May need balancing.
Out of balance driveshafts usually shake the vehicle noticeably.
Did you ever get to the bottom of what was causing the noise?

No not yet. 40 is parked for winter. I currently have no garage so will have wait for warm weather.
It only happens when driving at higher speeds. I suspect the rear driveshaft as it wasn’t balanced at time of shortening.
