Help!

The other day, the 4x4 shifter broke in my hands. I removed the shifter from the t-case and welded it as a temporary fix. I noticed it had two other welds from the PO. Now, when I'm in 4wd Hi or Low, it pops out. Where can I find a new 4x4 shifter (if one is required) and what is its exact name? I did notice that when I welded it back up, it now just barely rubs the boot when I put it in 4wd.

Whats your recommendation?
