help with seat heater & foglight switches (1 Viewer)

have a couple (toyota) seat heater horizontal switches w 5-wire pigtails but no idea what they came out of - anyone recognize these?
also have couple (toyota) foglight vertical switches w 4-pins and appreciate any help on where to source pigtails?

ok note for future: toyota #s on heater switches 153261 and 157998 come up 98-2002 4runner switches but these are horizontal not vertical
and #s on foglight switches are 154 and 447-OM33 (that need pigtails for)
