All,

I am reassembling a transfer case. I have two spacers that I can’t figure out where they go. I have the appriopriate ones for the transfer case rear output shaft and transmission output shaft. I am pretty sure there’s not one for the front drive so that leaves them for the spacers on the transmission output to tranny input shaft (same shaft). Anyhow, Georg from Valley Hybrids has offered to help, but in the mean time any help from here as well is appreciated.

I just can't believe that with all the teardowns of this transfer case no one has pics of how the spacers go for the input drive gear and PTO gear when installing the input shaft into the transfercase.

Pics of my attempts of mocking this problem up.
