I noticed this noise (rattle) last winter on occasion was going to look into over the summer but forgot. Now that is cold again here in Milwaukee it is doing it again. Only happens when at idle sitting at a red light. Thinking fan clutch is the cause as I have read threads on that but no one has a video posted with the sound they had.

I hope this video works

It only happens when it is cold outside (in teens or lower) and in drive. If i put it into neutral or park goes away. I also have to be sitting for a over say a minute. Wont do it at a stop sign only long lights when air temp is cold. Timing belt was done aprox 40k miles ago.

No I would say more like a rattle/vibration of metal the ticking sound in video is turn signal.
when timing belt was serviced , I usually relapse all idle pulleys not sure about your case usually single Idle pulley do that noise or serpentine belt retention Idle pulley.

Thank you, I will look into that. The previous owner had the timing belt, water pump done at the dealer and I just looked at paper work for it and no other pulleys were replaced.
