I've done quite a few knuckles rebuilds, for some reason, I can't get drivers side axle to slip in. Checked a double checked, what am I missing?

It's been a wile since I did mine but if I remember correctly I was having problems getting it to slip in also. I Rotated the front drive shaft and then it slid in.

Thanks, tried that too, once it goes into the position show, it can't turn it, sort of frozen. Fells like its bottoming out. Did the passenger side no problem. Any more suggestions!!

Fiddle with it. The drivers side is harder to line up because its longer. It can take a while to get it right. It will slide right in when it's aligned correctly

Back away, grab a  drink it and then try again. Output is right sometimes you just have to hold your tongue just right before they will slide into place.

Yup tried that. Feels like it's bottoming out hitting something solid.

Maybe try to back the passenger side out a little bit and then try the long end?

Oh yeah! I have heard about putting it in 4wd to get things to line up. Good to know! I'm doing this job in two or three weeks... Where did you get your kit?
