Help with FJ40 OEM door weatherstrip (1 Viewer)

I am building a pair of half doors for the 45 and need some input on which way the stripping goes on? I have bought the OEM weatherstrip , I have taken a picture of how the weatherstrip lays each way to see if one of these is correct,also is it positioned correctly on the flat part of the door as shown. The first two photos are laying the same way as the second photos match. I cannot use my full doors as a guide because they do not have OEM but SOR fatter type that is not shaped the same, thanks in advance!

Hopefully someone will respond that has this specific weatherstripping; but the 2nd photo/orientation looks more correct
 
It's confusing because the weatherstrip does not have a flat side that would be obvious to adhere to the door rim.
 
I'm pretty sure that shallow angle goes into the angle between the door and shut like the first picture but kicked over more to the right.
 
I think katsarata is right. Line up the arrows as shown in this pic.
