HELP with a seat belt mount (1 Viewer)

There is a threaded hole in the floor under the carpet near the B pillar.
 
Look under the truck at or around the B pillar. The mount for that part of the seat belt is essentially a nut welded to the frame that you can access from the bottom. You should be able to drill or punch a pilot hole up into the cab.
 
I don’t have a photo. But your carpet needs a slit in it for the belt to pass through

To clarify.....you can crawl underneath and put a small tool up through the seat belt hole...if its a sharp pointy item you can poke a hole in the carpet. ill take a picture of my truck in a few minutes

Driver's side towards back of b pillar. 85 FJ60. Hope this helps.
