Help with a PPI in Lynchburg, VA (1 Viewer)

New to the forum, but a past 100 series LC owner located in TX.

I am in negotiations to buy a 200 series in Lynchburg, VA.

Anyone able to do a PPI for me in the next few days or recommend someone to do it? Willing to pay for your time!

I live 2 hours from Lynchburg unfortunately. I’ve used a national franchise called Lemon Squad in the past and they do a very thorough job. $170
