Iv'e got a 94 80 with the 1HD-T engine, problem is the sump is filling with diesel, done a compression test & all ok, swapped injectors for a set just refurbished ( borrowed from a friend ) & it still does it, replaced the front seal on the injection pump & it still does it, i'm assuming it's diesel because it doesn't loose water, no emusification,
One thing, the oil doesn't smell of diesel but what else could it be ?

Help needed.

How much volume are you talking about?

I would have said front pump seal as the first thing, but you've already done that.

Does the engine get a chance to reach working temp daily? If the oil doesn't heat up enough it will retain moisture, increase in volume and "climb" the dipstick over time, especially in winter. My 2H has done this. A good 2-3 hour run brings the oil level back to normal again

John, at a guess i'd say around a litre in 100 miles,

Garry, yes up to temp every day.
