Help identifying this harness? (1 Viewer)

I took out my radio/head unit and noticed that this harness has broken leads. I spent a good amount of time looking at it but couldn't figure out where it's supposed to connect. I followed the other end down to what looks like an air duct. I'm guessing a temperature sensor?

I might be wrong but I think that's the connection for your rear speakers, that you may not have.
I had a similar unconnected harness that looked like that when I replaced my head unit. It was never connected cause I don't have rear speakers.
