Help identifying part

Hi, trying to identify this so I can do a part search and get a set of replacements.

It's located right in front of the rear wheel on both sides. I'd like to replace the little rubber pieces and maybe the vertical metal arm. Thanks!

Edit: it's an 80 forum, but I should be more specific. This is a 1990 HDJ81.

Did some more digging and it appear to be the sway bar.
