Help identifying holes under driver’s seat (1 Viewer)

It’s been awhile since I tore the interior down and none of my pics show anything mounted under the seat.

I know which holes are for the seat risers, but I have no idea what A, B and C holes are for. The hole circled in yellow seems out of place and maybe shouldn’t be there.

Any pics of what should be there and what’s missing will be helpful.

[Living in the Past]

Appears the change from cloth straps to a rubber band was 9/75. Interesting my 10/75 still had remnants of cloth straps.
