Help identify mystery sound in dash area - Dying fan? (1 Viewer)

I’ve been compiling a list of things to get fixed before my extended warranty runs out in 500 miles, and this sound is on the list. It’s not constant, but when it starts it goes for about 15-20 seconds.
It almost sounds like a dying hard drive, but I’m pretty sure my model isn’t hdd based.
I’ve also heard a similar sound when mini fans go out on networking equipment.

My AC (and cool box) are switched off in both videos.
Any ideas?

Ive seen a couple posts like this with two potential culprits.
Head unit cooling fan dying, disc drive motor whirring (might be false sensing disc?).
I don’t believe those have posted resolutions that I recall.
The threads are here somewhere, but I haven’t bookmarked them unfortunately.

Also if you know a Houston dealer that will actually warranty things Id love to know!

My hunch is this is the cooling fans on either side of the head unit failing, yes like what happens on networking equipment. But it’s just a hunch.
