Help ID lines and hoses by transfer case? (1 Viewer)

New owner, and just spotted a a coolant leak? under the car by the transfer case and wanted to better understand the lines running around there and possibly replacing the hoses. The hoses and clamps look pretty new from the previous owner so it seems like an attempt was made at resolving some kind of leak there. Any part numbers or part names appreciated, but mostly looking to better understand the purpose.

The hoses that are leaking, someone just tried to fit odd hoses on there to make it work... and not very well. Could try snugging the clamps first to see if it stops leaking. Those little horseshoe shaped hoses may no longer be available from Toyota, not 100% sure.

The hoses and clamps in the right side green circle are original, if not leaking, leave them alone, they will likely last forever.
