HELP-FJ60 Upper Radiator Bolts (1 Viewer)

During a recent radiator replacement one of my upper bolts became seized and i had to cut it off to get the radiator out. Also the one that is still good is being a PITA to put back with the rubber insulators.

Any good tips for replacing the seized bolt and getting the good one back on???

Drill a small hole in the center and use an "easy-out?"

When I replaced my radiator I had to shave the bushings down a little to make it fit.
