Help: FJ60 Factory Height Springs with Boss Air Bags and U-Bolt Flip Kit

With the factory height springs (new), 4plusproducts u-bolt flip kit and Boss air bags, there is not much/no room for travel between the top of the u-bolts and the frame. Attached pictures show at 20 psi and again at 0 psi. At 0 psi, it's like riding on the bump stops. At 20 psi, it's better but maybe firmer than it needs to be. I do not know enough to compare spring rebound to air bag rebound, but I am considering going with the lowest lift, 2"-3" to create more space between the springs and the frame and using the air bags for extra load. Will an OME/Dobinson soft 2"-3" lift with very little pressure in bags ride better than factory springs with 20 psi to 30 psi in the bags?

No. Going with 2" dobinson springs, little to no air in bags is what solved my problem. Rides great with option to add air when carrying more cargo.
