Help electric idle solenoid wiring

I have a 71 FJ40 with a F engine. Where does the wire from the electric idle solenoid go to????? Thanks for any help.

It connects to the key on side of the "engine" fuse. A convenient location to connect it to is the white wire with red stripe at the voltage regulator on the firewall on the dirver's side.
