Help Diagnosing Radio power problem. (1 Viewer)

Hey Yall, Looking for some ideas on diagnosing a problem I am having with my 2000 LC. Basically the head unit in my truck turns off when I put my truck into gear.

The previous owner did a terrible job wiring up the head unit, and replaced the factory amp with THIS amp.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!

battery, ACC and ground. I'd check or redo all that, deck and amp.
