It looks great. Front seat bottoms look to have been replaced, not a cheap item!

Paint looks very nice. Enjoy it, and who cares about paying a little extra, your time is worth something and chasing every 100 for sale costs a lot of time. Grab a good one and go!

Kit out the interior with 2nd battery, fridge, drawers, and sleeping platform.

Her - "You're banished to the couch tonight!"
You - "Eff that, I'm sleeping outside!"

Good looking rig, take it all with stride and focus on repairing what's needed.

Consider going through and inspecting all the fluids as well, coolant, front-rear diff, transfer case.

What makes you think you need a new fan clutch, curious of the symptoms

Hey I checked to see if the fan is on when idling as the temp starts rising on the gauge. The fan is on but not roaring like it should per a search of the problem on this site. I might start with trying to rebuild the clutch per the one thread I found here. Any suggestions?
