Well I would make the hash if I had a recipe...lol...and also don't ya need a grinder. Although my rents are comin up to the mountains july 4th weekend I could have them bring up some damn good hash from a BBQ place in Holly Hill, SC. It would be ok frozen for a week don't ya think? I've got a rice steamer, we'd probably need a few to enough rice for everyone. Just an Idea, how many pounds of hash ya think...5 lbs, 10 lbs, less or more?
