I want to free some space up in my engine bay for a future engine transplant.

What are some good options that allow me to remove the engine bay heater blower motor? Ideally, keeping the interior OEM heater setup in place?

Some ideas/thoughts:
1) low profile efficient blower in its place or inside under the dash
2) Integrated ducted fan motor inside of plenum under dash
3) New non-OEM heater and/or heater AC - saw the Summit Mojave heater. Also a complete Vintage air setup.

I assume on #3, you can remove the engine bay blower motor.

Thanks!

Vintage Air install replaces the engine compartment blower with a plate that AC hoses pass through.

I've been trying to avoid an AC install (although I live in Texas) to keep it original looking and save $$$, BUT they do have a really good solution that looks nice and "vintage"!

I just read Vintage Air installation instructions. They are fantastic!!!!
