Looking for a thread to help me replace my heater core on my 87 FJ! I hope I don’t have to remove my dash!

I can’t lead you to a specific thread, but I know you’re going to have to remove the dash. In the upper right hand corner, you can use the search bar to find threads pertaining to the heater core. HTH

The dash has to come out, but the service manual details this out quite well. And there are a lot of other things you might as well do while you're there. Check out this recent thread on the subject.
