Heater Core Replacement 1995 KZJ78 (1 Viewer)

Has anyone replaced the heater core on their KZJ78? I’m seeking any and all advise. I have the replacement core and two pipes for it. Thanks

Have fun you might be able to remove it with out removing the dash. You might be able to to work around the dash if you remove all the bolts for the dash and be able to move it around without removing

Oh man, I wish I could tell you some good news. Just start removing your dash completely. You have to disconnect your ac as well so get it drained properly before you start your project. Easy enough just keep track of where your screws go.
