Heater control valve..'74 FJ40 (1 Viewer)

While rebuilding the head, I noticed rust buildup in the control valve...so when I removed it to clean it out I discovered that it is not repairable... Any experience with replacement options?

I’m not sure about the 1974, but the slightly newer ones are readily available and are an easy swap.

According to the parts fiche, the "valve assembly water" is the same from 7309 - 8007 and is still available.
