1993 1fz- Lots of discussions about heater valves- mine runs through its full range it seems - but on fresh air and cool setting i still get warm air - much warmer that outside ambient temp- ie on a comfortable nite does not bring in comfortable air- i can hear the change as recirc/fresh is pressed - I may have to pull heater valve to check or bypass - I am addressing A/c cooling issues as well - cannot get cold High side seemed very high like there may be clog. Heat this freezing winter was HOT. Engine temp normal. Read something about another heater control getting disturbed behind radio??? couldn't find it as i searched and searched.
