do the F enigines and the 2F engines have the same exaust ports? my dad put a 2f in his '70 cruiser and found out it has a cracked exaust manifold. he had a header on his stock f engine and wanted to put that on if it is possible. thanks

If the F engine had a two barrel carb then the ports of the two engines should be the same and the header will work.
You gotta' look at it.

If his header has 6 tubes, and the donee vehicle has 6 exhaust ports, you are good to go.

I've the the same thing on my '70. I had to use a couple of large flat washers to allow two of the nuts to grab the header. Other than that it fits just fine. Might be just the haeder I got
