Head Gasket question?

I am currently in the process of replacing my head gasket on my F engine. I bought a Felpro gasket set from Autozone and the replacement head gasket and intake / exhaust manifold gasket have no markings to indicate up/head. I was wondering if it matters which way the gaskets go on as long as the oil/waterways line up.
