I've always dealt with Cap-it for that kind of stuff. They're priced pretty well, I think I paid under $300 for a full install w/ wiring the last time I had it done.

Bought my hitch today. It's the Draw-Tite 41015. It was $200+ tax out the door. Installation was easy. Remove tow hook. I had to remove the old hitch(pictured above) and my aftermarket back up light.

6 bolts thread into existing threaded holes. Torqued to 92ft/lbs. I just need to buy the wiring and do that later tonight.

I will post pictures later. I've got some work to catch up on this afternoon.


So to answer the question of will a 80 hitch fit an 81? Yes!
