Hi all, This question relates to actual lift height for various aftermarket springs for Land cruiser 80 / HDJ80 for STANDARD / STOCK cars (i.e. no extra weight). Since the stated lift vs actual lift seems to depend on a number of factors (e.g. brand, if break in required, different weight of LC80 in different markets) it would be good to have list of people actual outcomes.
Personally I live in Spain and here if the distance from lower bumper to ground is more than 55cm you need install a metal bar under the bumper and it gets complicated. So it becomes important to know what the actual lift is going to be.
I have listed some spring models below, all are for standard / stock load or the least load rate the brand offer (some brands seems to have some extra weight even for their standard springs). If people could comment with their experiences of actual lifts achieved (Add spring brand/models as per interest).
I will pull together a final list with all comments for future reference.
