Hazard lights not working. Need help. 1990 HDJ 81

Hey there.

I have a 1990 HDJ 81 that I've had for a few years. Since I got it the hazard lights have never worked and I need to get a vehicle inspection done. Can anybody leave me in the right direction on how to fix these lights?
