Has anyone tried putting a crew cab bed off a 70 series onto a swb fj45 as a replacement? (1 Viewer)

Have a 70 series crew cab bed I just picked up and looking at a removable top swb 45 with no bed on it. Was wondering if anyone has put one of these smaller beds on a swb
45 before. Im going to go measure this bed and the swb bed I have on my truck to compare dimensions just was curious if anyone has done it before and had pictures of what the bed looked like on the swb 45. Thanks guys

Haven’t done it, but the position of the wheel wells wrt both forward and aft looks to be problematic unless you’re thinking of cutting them and relocating (aft). Would be a cool option if possible.

I have a similar bed on a swb removable top 45. You won't have enough bed length at the front of the bed. Close but I think you will have an approx 4" gap

Regular 75/79 pickup beds are super easy to shorten on front and back. Sell or trade the one you have to someone importing a dual cab firetruck. Check Canada, example
Get a regular bed, drill the spot welds out and shorten to fit. My thread has an explanation and I can find others.
