Slow Paddler
SILVER Star
I have a full-length Raingler mesh ceiling net in my 5th generation 4Runner that extends from the back of the sunroof to just inside the lift gate. It uses ten mounting points, which are a combination of the grab-handles and self-installed D-rings. Link:
I wondered whether any of the folks here that were previous 4Runner owners happened to have one and tried mounting it in the Land Cruiser? In 2016 when I bought it, Raingler said they were similar, but for best fit it would be better to get the Land Cruiser version. (See, I was planning on a Land Cruiser even with a brand new 4Runner. ) I figured if I can save the cost of selling mine and then buying a new net, and if it was a reasonably close fit, I'd just stick with my existing net.
Of course, I can simply wait until my Land Cruiser arrives in January and try for myself. But if I can get a head start if I need a new one, I'd be ready.
Thanks,
Steve
