So I acquired a “few” parts in a trade for a sheet metal press. One axel is missing third member. I have a 2f engine and 4 speed. No transfer or drive lines. No front fenders or bib. No doors or top. Missing gauges, seats, roll bar, gas tank , windshield, switches etc. Trying to decide what to do with it. Body has bondo in a few places but the floor seems solid.

That tub is twisted,. Best to start with a tape measure and a porta power/ 5 lb hammer,. I have fixed worse,. The one in my driveway I am working on now looked alot worse than that..

many of us started with parts.. make friends and see what you can get as cast off parts.. fenders/hoods/bibs. If they are bent most guys swap them for straight stuff... a map gas torch will be your best friend for a few days to get it back close to straight.. a shrinking disc the big one works well at taking out creases and big dents.. remember it's cruiser metal it takes heat and a big hammer/force to move it..

Good luck..
