hardware to install OME steering stabilizer

What do I need to install the steering stabilizer. I note that the ends of the stock stabilizer pivot like a TRE. The only thing i've found to mount aftermarket stabilizer is this Steering Stabilizers (see pins half way down the page)
These do not pivot as the OEM ends do. What are my options?

The mounting hardware is available from OME.
I bought mine from Kurt at cruiseroutfitters.
