Do any companies make a prefabricated metal piece to fix this area? I’ve seen other prefabricated pieces on eBay and sor but didn’t see anything for this, maybe I missed it?

Check out these guys, CityracerLLC has ordered front doors from them. jsjccy.m.en.alibaba.com search FJ40 and look at their body parts. Might be an alternative to repairing rust.

I ended up just banging mine out with a hammer and a shrinker/stretcher…fiddly but not too hard with basic tools. Not sure of any patch panels offhand.
