HIT IT!
well i'm building my own gutter, and i just dropped the drawings off at my local machine shop. it's going to be a week or so, but otherwise i'm very excited.
i'm having it bent out of 16GA sheetmetal, which i think will be plenty thick. it's not going to have inside rolled edge like a stock gutter, but i figure the extra thickness should make up for it.
now i have to start thinking about how i'm going to attach it to the top.
any ideas?

well i planned on riviting the top to the channel, but what about the metal channel to the metal top?
rivits there also? i was thinking about resessed head bolts, or maybe even stitch welding it on and forgoing the rubber seal idea.
