H55f from HJ60 in HDT80? Help

Hello everyone. I've searched the forums but I'm still wondering what is needed for this conversion?

I'm trying to sell my H55F and I was contacted by someone looking to do this swap but We're unsure of the details involved. I converted one for my BJ70 and that was a pain so I don't want to sell someone a headache. Any help would be appreciated, I'd just like to get rid of this thing with some peace of mind knowing it's going to the right place.

if you or the buyer have the right bell housing and all the small bits I don't see a problem there.. but small bits could change the game ..

What Bell housing and clutch set up does he need ? I have both from the hj. Including flywheel.
