That's always the catch with a GX.Running 285/65/18s here and the is no rubbing… even when off roading, so no problem there. Next size up might be possible but I don’t know if it’d fit in the spare area.

Dealers being dealers. They can all rot if up to me.Just took a gander at autotrader's offerings for GX550's.
Every. Last. One. Was priced at $110,000-$119,000.
I expected a price premium due to rarity, but that is still a bit baffling. Why someone would pay over $100,000 for a GX, when they could walk over two spaces and get an LX for the same money is very surprising, unless the design is really that much more appealing.
I see 32 of them under $68kJust took a gander at autotrader's offerings for GX550's.

Would you mind sharing what you got on your trade? or PM me directly?I had a 2024 GX550 OT. It had all the looks but none of the things that made a Lexus or LC a Lexus/LC. My wife drives a 23 GX460 and declined it when I said I was getting an LX. Made money on the trade back in at least and the LX is a whole different quality and luxury level from the GX550. The GX460 actually feels more luxurious and better built as others have said. Take it from me, who’s done the deal, go with LX if you can.

About to do the same.
What tires do you have on the LX?I had a 2024 GX550 OT. It had all the looks but none of the things that made a Lexus or LC a Lexus/LC. I got good recommendations and have the Cooper Discoverer ATP 2’s. Really like them so far. 275/60R20. Zero rub and no noise. Looks really aggressive. What tires do you have on the LX?
It's not the dealers, it's the buyers who are willing to overpay. If buyers would stop paying over sticker, then the dealers would not add markup. Simple supply and demand like every other business trying to make more money any way they can. Prices demand will drop on the GX soon and come back to reality. I can see the previous Gen. gaining more ground on commanding higher prices as more folks prefer the overall build quality to the new GX.Dealers being dealers. They can all rot if up to me.
My sister traded her GX 500 almost immediately for a Land Rover 110.I am just going to say it right here: the GX550 is a total PIECE OF F'ING SH*T.
I just came back from a quick drive and I was angry that Lexus dared manufacture this instead of the tank-like older generations. This is going to be the model that will sink their reliability reputation as every single one of these flimsy "off road" jalopies will look like golf balls within the year from the paper thin sheet metal used throughout; if you look at this sh*tbox wrong it'll dent.
I am seriously considering trading it for something else, maybe the new LX700 OT, but I am no fan of hybrids whatsoever, and after being subjected to this garbage from Lexus I may go try another brand altogether.
