Hey guys, it has taken me forever to get this information so I thought I would share it with the rest of you.
If you have a Toyota at all with a securikey setup and need to program a new key to the system this is how you do it.

Turn the key to the on position:
starting in the out position press the valet swith 6 times (three cycles)
horn will honk once
press and hold the lock button till horn honks
press the valet button 4 times (two cycles)
horn will honk twice
press and hold the unlock button till horn honks
take the key out of the ignition
shut the door, lock, then unlock the truck with the key

Thank you very much eldgenb! You saved me. I couldn't find this info anywhere but here. When I first bought my replacement remotes from the dealer, the service mgr programmed them for me for free. But, when I replaced the battery in one and it stopped working, the dealer wanted me to pay a tech to reprogram it.

I wanted to post this because I had to modify your instructions slightly to get this to work for mine. Hope this helps anyone who has whatever wacky security system I have. Here is what I had to do to program a remote:
