Grinding sound from rear brakes while driving? (1 Viewer)

05 LX 470. There’s a grinding sound like something is rubbing while driving and it’s definitely the rear brake on the driver side. Does anyone know what that can be?

Definitely some grinding when I put on the brakes as well but I don’t understand why it would do that when there’s no brakes on. Any ideas? Either way definitely need a brake job.

Anti-squeal kit probably came loose or off.
