2D86301F-88C2-4B07-9607-F948E045CE64.jpeg Just finished the CAD file for the 60 grille. Need to build and test fit next. Not sure if there will be much interest here but wanted to add option to my fleet of LC grilles.

The 60 will have all the options that my other grilles have. These grilles can support several light options: Light bar or 6" round fog lights. Also, its offered with different emblems, different openings (hex, round, long slots) The grille is made from 12 gauge steel, all laser cut and welded. Due to the rigidity, the 80 series grilles have been used to mount transmission coolers. Some 80 series owners have reported lower coolant temps when using the hexagon grille too.

Currently I have the following grilles built, and selling.

    3 generations of 100 series
    2 generations of 80 series
    Lexus 80 series
    Late 40
    Tacoma 05-11

Probably look similar to the 80 series grille, like in this picture. Just simple, and provide more air flow too. Some guys are using them to mount trans coolers onto, because these grilles are 12 gauge steel, they are strong enough to do so. Also, they are reporting lower coolant temps with this wide open hexagon pattern. FBDCA248-CA94-47C7-B17D-C2B1CEC1C2B2.jpeg

I'm on the west side of LA- if you're ever over this way I'm happy to help. Sometimes I'm in Irwindale for work - usually Wednesday afternoons. Could coordinate sometime - it's a bit closer to you. 84 FJ60.

There’ll be a couple of 60’s from the Trail Crew at Truck Haven / Ocotillo Wells this weekend for the CORVA event. Post up in the club section if you want to meet up.

Here is the first version. It uses the big 14" emblem fullsizeoutput_34dc.jpeg

I think this is a great idea !! I'll be interested to seeing one on a 60. While it is great to have an original grille, I kind of like the idea of making my truck mine. Keep up the great work and get us a model truck to see.

F, That was a weird week when I built that bumper. But, it sold for HUGE money. I think the first rendering that K has would be very nice and similar to the one I made. VERY CLEAN!

I can see how....similar looking grills for other brand (vehicles) wagons are going north of $500 and you can only get them from Japan....
Love the clean lines on that grill... !!!

I know, it can be done. I was planning to make the 62 also but I will wait and see how this goes first. It is a lot of work making these CAD files for all these vehicles. I’m crazy.
